Legally that's a complicated issue.

If he is your legal guardian, then he is obligated to care for you, and can be charged if he fails to do so. If he is not- which if you're a legal, mentally competent adult, will be the case- then it's more complex. Generally speaking, people do not have any obligation to help out or save anyone else, but the courts have ruled in the past that spouses may have at least some obligation to help each other.

Why exactly are you unable to buy it yourself?

Does your pharmacy deliver, or is there one close by which does? If yours doesn't deliver, then find out who does, and have the prescription transferred to that pharmacy.

In the alternative, have a friend or relative take you to get your medication or pick them up for you. Most people we know are willing to do favors for others.

call CPS. There is such a thing as invalid/elder abuse, so I'm thinking there is also a classification for spousal abuse by refusing medical treatment, and you need to get out f that relationship. There are still battered women shelters, you know.

Heart attack is not very likely. Maybe if you go without it for years, but not just a couple of weeks. And it's not murder, because he is not obligated to buy it. You can buy it for yourself. That is what most adults do.
