Can't word my essay question correctly. Help!!!!?

Question

Well I'm not the best at wording my essay questions correctly and effectively. I just can't get the right words on the paper if you know what I mean. Can someone help me decipher my thoughts and word my essay questions effectively.

So what I'm thinking about doing for my history essay is comparing and contrasting on how beneficial the rule of both Hitler and Stalin was for their respective countries. Basically I want to address, who was the better leader for their country. Who brought more privileges for the civilians of their countries.

I just can't get the wording right for it to be an effective essay question so I would like help from all you guys to help word the essay question together.

If you don't think this is an effective essay idea, you can suggest some other idea that I could use that is related to the Third Reich. But I really like my idea, so try thinking about the wording of my idea before trying to suggest an another one.

I had the same problem try writing all the evidence out in the bodys then write the conclusion then the introduction it makes life easier then write it again try to use transition words look some up and put the evidence in and cite it and you're done if its still hard try to look on  Wikipedia or another site and use the transition word and sentence and make it you're own  hope i helped a little :)

Although history remembers them as cruel dictators and mass murderers, Stalin and Hitler were popular at the time because they provided beneficial government for at least some of the citizens. But which man was more beneficial?
