What animal would be a good field-mate for a Jersey Cow?
Hi there! I have roughly 1 and a quarter acres, perhaps 1 and a half. If I get a Jersey cow, what would be a good field mate? I don't want something that will be able to escape easily and that will be able to be kept in a barbed wire pasture like a goat, what would be a good animal to have?
sorry i meant 'I don't want something that will be able to escape easily - i want it to be able to be kept in a pasture surrounded by barbed wire, not something like a goat.
