15 y/o arrested for shoplifting?
What would happen if a 15 year old girl was arrested for shoplifting? First time in trouble with police, but she'd been stealing from the same store for months and they just figured out it was her. What would happen? Totally normal parents, too, that have never been in trouble.

Speaking from close experience:
If this is her first run in with the law this will help her a lot, either way she is a minor which means she will have the option to go through the diversion program. Which is basically a program that you go to before trial, and upon successful completion of the program the charges are dropped. There is a strong possibility they will make her pay for everything she stole, plus extra to pay for the efforts of the store in trying to catch her. The diversion program you can look up its called just say Y.E.S. (Youth educational shoplifting program). It's an at home "test" that basically explains why shoplifting is wrong, and how easy it it to get caught. When you first go to meet with someone in regards to the diversion program she will meet with you and your daughter to see what the situation was. If your daughter has good grades in school, shows up looking nice And clean, doesn't have an "I don't care attitude" then she can probably avoid community service

Arrest, charges for shoplifting, potential lifetime ban, etc.

Going to face the judge. She is a criminal, doesn't make a difference in a court of law what kind of parent the child is responsible for her actions and if the store wants to prosecute could be counseling to being sent a juvenile detention and she messed up her life.

you mean it's like an inside job? she will be in big trouble because it's not the first time she stole, it's the first time she got caught, especially if you say she's been stealing for months. I can't imagine the store will go easy on her.

She would get in a lot of trouble if they found out she had been doing this over a period of time.
