No. First off Shakespeare is ENGLISH and Hitler isn't English. While there probably were German translations, it's doubtful that a single line in a non German work of literature inspired the infamous agenda of the 3rd Reich.

It's more likely that the German fairytale "The Jew Among the Thorns." But even that is unlikely.

You have to keep in mind that literature is often a reflection of the attitudes of the time, whether the author disagrees with them, agrees with them or is completely neutral. It's more likely that he was influenced by a general attitude that was well in circulation among many Germans.
