I don't think the top answer really does know the theory. Yes that's all it is a theory but it makes sense but considering one of the conspiracies is to kill 90% of the worlds population some might consider it scary.

yes , its no big mystery ,its a bunch a powerful people in different places (money) politics..that meet up to set up what the world can do ..or not do, (in a nutshell, sometimes things go by the book ,other times they fail ..they have no magic powers like the talk show people will tell you . its silly to to call out something thar everyone does to some degree , dont tell me you never thought that the rich and ;powerful wouldn't hang out with other rich and powerful ..really ..
