I seem to be the only one who sweats in my exercise class. Just curious: Are you a sweater or are you "dry?'?

    A bit of both. Let me explain. I don't sweat at all for quite a while after those around me break into a sweat, then suddenly, I sweat a lot, as in my back runs. I seem to have a high tipping point with no "medium" setting. I've found Nike's Dri-Fit compression shirts to be really wonderful for keeping cool once I manage to get into one.
