Yes your breast will grow. You're still young. I'm 18 and I just worked my way up to a C and i've been wearing bras since I was 10 years old, it took me 8 years to get this far! When I was 11 I don't even think I had boobs lol. Your breast will grow honestly. I always thought my boobs were small to, just a summer or two ago when I was a B cup at a water park with my lovely bikini on some jerk told me my boobs were small and his were bigger. That's just rude and so uncalled for.

But a while ago now a guy 3 years old then me told me I have very nice boobs and that I was packing (meaning i have a nice body I think) So don't worry about your situation, there will be a guy somewhere's some day that thinks your smoken hot, there probably already is someone! Good luck!

Everyone has different breasts sizes. There is nothing wrong with you. If you are thin, you are much more likely to have small breasts. At least 95% of thin girls have small breasts.

you cant expect much boobs when you are UNDERWEIGHT. Boobs are made of FAT, and if you have a low BMI, then you cant expect big boobs.
