you are in the woods, all you have is 1 bullet, can you start a fire.?
The gunpower is the fuel the percussion cap will ignie it. If u take apart the bullet is there a way to get the cap to start the gunpowder

Yup. Pull the projectile, put the powder in a pile over some tinder, with a fire nest over that, under a standard dry sapling pyramid.
Then, placing the mouth of the casing near the powder, strike the primer with a pointy rock. Ignite powder, which in turn ignites the tinder, which in turn ignites the fire nest, providing enough heat to ignite the sapling pyramid. Once I have a good solid fire going, add larger wood.

I can start a fire in the woods without a bullet. A knife, elbow grease, and a little wood friction would do it.

There are fare more reliable means of making a fire than taking apart a bullet.

My Uncle Joe could. He could take a wooden Diamond strike anywhere match and lodge it in dry kindling...step back 40 paces and shoot the white tip and make fire. He was a blast to take on overnight hunting trips.
I never saw Uncle Joe need to make a 2 nd. shot.
