Lets go through your list... backwards.
7. I understand budget but you will not find a true mountain bike for less than ₹40000 and even then it will be intended mostly for riding on very mild trails;
6. Hardtail. OK. That is a good step forward in your price range, but the front suspension will also be very poor. I suggest a rigid model... without suspension;
5. It is rare to find mounatin bikes- or any bike intended for off road- without "thick" tyres. Good looking to you may not be the same as good looking to me. In fact, I bet our idea of this is opposing;
4. At your price range it is going to be best to have fewer gears. As the number of gears goes up the precision required to make them also increases. You don't get precision for your budget;
3. Forget disc brakes in your price range. They will be troublesome and weak. Instead, set your sights on linear pull brakes, also known as v brakes;
2. This is the first thing I can agree with. In your price range, weight CANNOT matter;
1. By "strong body" I am assuming you mean "strong frame". The quality of the frame will be similar to the quality of the rest of the bike. At ₹20000 none of the bike will be particularly durable.
I have designed bikes for India and have also had bikes manufactured in India so your country is known to me. Unfortunately, there aren't any bikes that I can recall which are available in India that would be considered durable at your price.

1) Bikes have frames, not bodies
2) At that price, weight will be high
3) Disc brakes are not a plus in that price range
4) Unlikely that you will find 24 or 27 speeds at that price
5) Looks are subjective, all mountain bikes have "thick" tires
6) Hardtail will be better
7) No real mountain bikes in this price range

There is no best in that low of a price range. It might look like a mountain bike. But it'll just be a bicycle shaped object. And most likely found in some sort of discount or big box store. Read what's on the link.

At that price you will only get a halfway decent bike second-hand, maybe 3-5 years old. If you get anything new it will simply be a heap of junk that will be lousy to ride and will fail quickly. Whatever you get, do check it out carefully and test-ride it before you buy it.
