Can I lose wait off of 1-2 meals a day?

I've tried the whole eat 6 meals a day and i can't i just get more hungry and end up ending way more than I should. However the way i am i'm not hungry at all in the morning, I function just fine. And around 2/3 i eat a little something like a sandwich, and i'm good to go. Then I eat a decently sized dinner. It seems like this way my calories aren't out of whack, but can you lose weight if you keep low calories, but eat at one point in the day?

    It depends on the person's body whether eating thusly is healthy or not, but if you limit your overall caloric intake, you will eventually lose weight.
