should I get a 2005 corvette for my first car?

Update:

I am 17. I want a car that not only looks good but has power and be able to soup it up. a car that turns heads. I already put both cars for insurance and I can handle the price tag if I am under my moms insurance.

    You feel you need a car that "turns heads?" You want senseless amounts of power? That makes you a poor candidate for a Corvette.

    check cost of the car, plus cost of insurance (really high) if you can afford it, why not?
