how to pull off blue hair without looking like a clown?
i have had blue hair for a few years now.
for some reason , colored hair is now a new trend. i see people everywhere dying their hair unnatural colors, but what bothers me is that alot of them look really bad.
it makes me wonder if maybe this entire time i may have looked foolish.
how can i pull off blue hair?
what are some of the biggest mistakes people with blue hair make?

"Colored hair is a new trend" made me feel older than just about anything else I've ever heard. It's not a new trend, babe, promise, it's just less likely to get you fired or grounded or suspended from school than ever before.
The issue with blues is they tend to fade fast, and fade green. And rarely a pretty green, far more often a swampy green that the yellow undertones of bleached hair don't improve. It's hard to find a blue that will fade to a lighter blue, especially if you didn't bleach the life out of your hair or tone it to reduce the yellow. I'd say the main sin people commit with blue hair is they don't make the choice to constantly retouch the blue or bleach out the remaining green stain when they are done with blue hair.
