Does Bonita Tindle need to be removed from SJSU?

She bullied him. That's a fact.

It's no secret colors, patterns, clothing, and yes, even hair styles can be cultural. Is that any reason to bully someone? Absolutely not.

Petitioning for bullying makes more sense, but playing the race card is a bit of a reach.

No I don't think she needs to be removed necessarily, unless she's on her last warning or something.

I think people deserve second chances. What she did was wrong, and maybe had racist and hypocritical motives, but we should give her the benefit of the doubt I think and let her learn how and why what she did was wrong, and give her a second chance.

But if she does something like that again, which IS harassment, and maybe a type of racism, then she should be fired. But I think she should be educated on the topic and the issue and how she was way out of line, and then be given a second chance.

She was trying to defend herself. Before the video, the guy put his hands on her first and called her a bich. He also did an interview afterwards and called black people "colored."
