I mean, hes a fullback, he can run the ball. most likely will be converted to RB or TE. Patriots havent had that hernadez type player since he went to jail.

If you want a FB get JJ Watts younger brother
He is rated by the pre draft magazines as a better blocker then Gronkowski and just as good a receiver, neither are very good runners
If you want a runner at FB then draft the kid from Navy

No, but I think he would serve the Patriots better by staying at fullback. It's been a very long time since the Patriots had a serviceable fullback.

Patriots have Gronk at TE. If his brother is anything close, he could play TE as well.
