    I don't...

I have never found a reason to...

'Believing' in something just because someone else claims it exists, never made any sense to me... and most of the god 'believer' claims seem to involve the idea that one exists because they can't believe it could be any other way or because they want to think that one is necessary... not because they can actually show that one does.

ALL real evidence shows that ALL gods, thousands of them, are the creations of mankind trying to explain things that they don't understand and/or fear..... like life an death...

EDIT: Uncommented TDs are meaningless and hilarious... LOL

Why do you have a close relationship with your mother, your father, or any of the ones you do personally for that matter? What's your best reason? Is it not because you have a personal relationship with them?

How can you have a personal relationship with God if all you ever have is doubts for reasoning? Do you personally know God well? Have you ever tried to seek for Him?

I will not say that I know if God is real. Believing means committing one's self to obeying God's commandments. It's not because of evidence. It's because of the many words of wisdom in the gospels. Wisdom such as that which tells us to work hard in not neglecting the needy. Hard work is required, not idle reliance to wishful thinking.

The belief that we live in a cold hostile universe and we exist, love, suffer and die out of pure biological reasons only, doesn't make any sense at all.

I explored religion and read the arguments that support God and it made sense and changed my life forever. The proof is how I feel and them enormous impact on my existence.

I believe that God exists because of the world's complexity.

Humans, have and need spiritual guidance, its in us because god made us that way, with spiritual inclination, getting to know god is not as hard as some make it sound, the bible, gods word teaches us everything we need to know, from what kind of god he is, what he expect from us, his name, and his purpose for the world. I believe in god because I know he exsist, his word has made me see what a real character he is, and that we can be his friend. The more I talk and preach to people about him the more real he becomes to me. I have seen him help me and others many times.

"Why do you believe in a god? What's your best reason?"

the best reasons are usually idiocy, brain injury, fear, or brainwashing since youth.

I don't believe in a "god". But I know "God". He indwells his faithful souls. Its impossible to miss.

Same reason I "believe in" my wife. I know them both, and live in daily relationship with them both. Therefore I would have to be totally irrational to have the slightest doubt about the existence of either of them.
