well it could get you beat or shot by other gang members.
its not illegal but just like flipping off a cop it will draw attention to yourself and piss them off. its an easy way to get an unlawful search or traffic stop.
it wont be reported though.

It is not illegal to make any sort of hand gesture. There is no type of record that could be put into.

If a gang member sees that get ready to get your *** kicked lol. I used to go to a gang school and if you even wore a wrong color they would threaten you.I wouldn't do it with all the dumb gang members walking around.
