I feel like I have no one to talk to?

Whenever I try to talk about myself to my friends they always end up not replying or changing the subject. I feel like I never get to rant about things in my life and have people actually listen to me and reply with something meaningful. Am I just being conceited? Where is the line between talking about yourself too much and not enough? I feel like I am always there for my friends to talk about what's happening in their lives and to bring them up, but the same is not returned to me.

I don't think you're meant for being a complainer like them. But, someone will come along who listens to you.

Your friends are not actually hour friends then. A genuine friend will be there for you regardless and will listen to you. Who ever these people are they don't even care about you. If my friend was upset I would want to be there for her and listen to her and do whatever I can do to cheer her up.
