Hello! Currently I am a biology major and sophomore in undergraduate. After I graduate, I plan on becoming a Wildlife Biologist/Rehabilitator, but I am deeply unhappy with my college life. I am stressed, depressed, angry, frustrated, anxious, and confused about everything all at the same time. I can barely find the motivation to pass my classes and I feel as if I am in a downward and endless spiral of unhappiness. To change this, I want to take a break from school and just travel and participate in wildlife conservation opportunities! I plan on volunteering and taking this gap year approximately from August 2018 to April 2019 which will be after I get my AA this summer term. During this gap year, I would like to become more knowledgeable about my world, become more humble, learn, and experience. Please write below your opinions, experiences, suggestions on what programs are best for a gap year in wildlife conservation, and everything else in between. And yes, I do feel like this all of the time, every single second of every single day. To pay for my gap year, should I have to after speaking with financial aid, I was going to start saving for it starting January of next year up until August. I have no plans at all to drop out especially since I am already halfway done with my degree. After the gap year is over, I will return to school and finish no matter how I feel.

I got this credit card at the store because at first I though it was just something that would stay inside the store like a rewards card, but then I found out that it actually interacts with my credit. This is my first credit card. I ve seen my mom struggle with her credit a lot, so I want to keep mine close to perfect as possible. I have received the card in the mail and have search online for how to cancel it, but it seems like it s hidden deep inside Victoria s Secret website, like they really want people to keep these cards open. Is my credit hurt now that I ve opened this? I haven t used it at all & I have no payments due on it or anything.

In real life, right now, I am only 19 years old. In my dream it was present day and I was happily married to guy that I seemed to really like. It was not a guy that I know in real life, he was like a young Nyle DiMarco who was my age. In the dream we were taking our dog to the veterinarian. I do not remember what was wrong with our dog, but when we left the office, he seemed to be okay. Anyways, we both also seemed to be very happy in the relationship. What does this dream mean? What does is say about my subconscious mind? About my future?

So I m in college and I m buying my own used car soon. I want to make sure I ll be able to make the trip from Tampa to Jacksonville in it without any problems. I can t ask my parents to help me at all. Does anyone have any kind of idea on that max amount of mileage the car should have or the minimum year?

This is exactly what I want to do with my life. I want to travel the world saving all the animals I can, doing everything I can to help them, to care for them, to help them from becoming endangered, I want to study them, I want to do this.

I have a duffel bag on the smaller side that I got from Aeropostale and a regular sized jansport backpack. Will I be able to take both of these on the plane with me?

Please don't say "just do it" or "be bold." I've tried that and it doesn't work. I'm 19 and haven't had my first kiss yet. The other day I was in the elevator alone w the guy I like and think is cute and I couldn't think of anything to say to him!! My mind went completely blank! He's so cute and I want to talk to him, but I get so nervous and socially anxious.

My mom put me on her phone plan, but then racked up a bunch of data bills, like $800, so now our phones are locked to AT&T until she pays off that bill. But is there a way that I can disconnect my phone from that and start my own plan with my phone?

I work at a dry cleaners during the summer and it's can get EXTREMELY hot in there because of the heat outside and the dry cleaner machine. There is no air conditioning due to the heat that the dry cleaner machine produces. I have to wear things that come down to my knee at all times. I would wear dresses everyday, but u ride my bike there, so do you have any suggestions for clothes that I can wear that will keep me cool and also let me be able to ride my bike. I have tried buying shorts that come down to my knee, but they're $17 each! Please help! Thank you!!

I'm 18 and have never even held hands with a guy. Say I'm at a coffee shop and I see a guy that I think is cute, how do I approach them and start flirting??? Or even aka them out???? I've only seen this happen in movies but I know not to depend on them for dating skills due to their unrealistic-ness.

I'm 18 and in a few months I'm going to university and I've never kissed, dated, or even held hands with a guy. I've been asked out once in 9th grade and I've been cat called before a few times, but that's the end of my "love life." I've had a few crushes where I sent them strong telepathic vibes of "ASK ME THE HELL OUT," but surprisingly they don't work. I act kind of shy because I am plagued with social anxiety, but once you talk to me I open up a little if you aren't an asshole and my friends tell me I'm fun to be around. I have the mouth of a sailor sometimes. I dress nicely. My friends have told me that some guys were flirting with me or liked me, but I was completely oblivious to it! Some of my friends have told me that a couple guys are a little afraid of me, but I don't see anything I could have done to make them feel that way. I try to be nice to everyone. So my real question is how do I get guys to approach me? How do I know when someone is trying to flirt with me? How do I flirt? Also how do I make the first move?

Ok so I have this friend who NEVER SHUTS UP. She s a complete narcissist. Every time I talk to her all she does is talk about herself and the things she wants to talk about, whether it s just her and I or we re with a group. No one can ever talk about things they want to talk about because then she ll change the subject back to what she wants to talk about. I sit with her at lunch with like 5 other people and I know next to nothing about these people that I sit with virtually everyday for 30 minutes for months. I don t think she does it on purpose and it s not very noticeable so to say. She has a big personality and is funny, loud, and passionate, but I want to find a way to tell her that she needs to shut up sometime and not cut people off all of the time. I need to do this in the most gentle and constructive way because she also has very bad anxiety and sometimes will have to miss school because of how intense some of her panic attacks are.

Whenever I try to talk about myself to my friends they always end up not replying or changing the subject. I feel like I never get to rant about things in my life and have people actually listen to me and reply with something meaningful. Am I just being conceited? Where is the line between talking about yourself too much and not enough? I feel like I am always there for my friends to talk about what's happening in their lives and to bring them up, but the same is not returned to me.

My cat is a boy and is ALWAYS attacking me. I can t let him sleep in my bed with me or be in the same room as me for too long because then he will randomly starting attacking me hard. When he attacks me he either leaps into the air and sinks his claws to my body along with his teeth. Or he will bite my hand, lie on his back, and kick my arm simultaneously with his feet. I have an array of scars all over my arms from him. I ve tried to play with him even more than I usually do and I ve bought him toy after toy, but he still seems to be PISSED at me for no reason. I got him from the shelter when he was barely two months old and he is now going on two years old. I think he might have been taken from his mother at the shelter too early because on those rare nights where he does sleep in my bed, he kneels one of my pillows and sucks on it, then falls asleep peacefully. I do usually leave him alone all day while I am at school but I always feed him before I leave with wet food and as soon as I get home I give him dry food and he has multiple bowls of water around the house. Why is he so mad at me? Why does he want to attack me all of the time? Sometimes he will meow at my door, after I have just kicked him out of my room from viciously attacking me, and I will let him in only for him to attack me once again.

Okay, so I have passed the Missouri permit test before and gotten my permit, but it expired a couple months ago. So when I go to the DMV at the end of the summer can I get my license and permit on the same day? If I don't going to cry like a big baby because I refuse to start my first day of school in my senior year getting dropped off in my mom's car. I'm a good driver. Please tell me any way possible that I can be behind the wheel on my first day of school. Also I live with my dad in the summer in Missori, then live in Florida with my mom during the school year.
