How can I get my phone turned back on?

My mom put me on her phone plan, but then racked up a bunch of data bills, like $800, so now our phones are locked to AT&T until she pays off that bill. But is there a way that I can disconnect my phone from that and start my own plan with my phone?

Are you wanting to use your phone that was on AT&T? If so, No, you can't. That phone is blacklisted meaning that it can't use any network in most countries around the world.

The only way to get it off the blacklist is to pay off all the bills.

Although you probably don't realize it, you're trying to commit fraud. AT&T has every right to lock the phones since the bill isn't paid. If your mom had her plan on a contract or 2-year financing agreement, then she agreed to pay the bill when she signed it.

If you are under 18, you only can get yourself a prepaid plan and pay it yourself
