Will Israel and the united states attack zewail city of science and technology Egypt national project for scientific Renaissance? As activity in that city might oppose us and Israeli interests and policies on Egypt?

Probably not.
Zewail won't be a threat even if successful, unless that success is defined by investigating things such as weapons to use against the USA and/or Israel. Then you can expect attacks, under the conditions of self-defense. The United States and Israel does well on their own, in already competitive markets, for Zewail to truly challenge that paradigm.
