Can I get in legal trouble for this?

The other defendant hasn't picked up their summons yet since April 7th, 2016 and have until the 22nd to pick it up from the post office. Should I put them on blast on twitter that they need to pick up their summons at the post office so I could go to trial already. I got the tracking number from when I filed the case and its public record so I know where the letter is. Will I get into legal trouble if I did?

Absolutely, you will get in trouble. You are clueless. Summons are not supposed to be mailed - ever, in any jurisdiction. When you do not know what you are doing, have enough brains to hire a lawyer. Filing the case has nothing to do with knowing where the letter is and the defendant is under no obligation whatsoever to pick up anything from the post office, lease of all a summons.
