Isn't it ironic?

Doesn't anyone else see the irony in the fact that Republicans who are railing against the rich and powerful have chosen their leader to be...Donald Trump?

We haven't yet. I'm supporting John Kasich, who still has a chance to win in a brokered convention if Trump doesn't get enough delegates. I got nothing against the rich and powerful just for being who they are. I think some of the rich have helped this country a lot, others are trying to hurt it. Just like the powerful. I think our president has done a bad job and we shouldn't have elected him, but I'm glad we have Republicans in power running congress that have prevented him from hurting this country even more. I'm also glad we have Republican governors in power helping our states and local economies grow. It's usually the Democrats and Liberals who claim to be against the rich and powerful, that's the type of Occupy Wall Street class warfare that Bernie Sanders gets his support from.

His opponents didn't spend enough time working New York. Now he has 20 more delegates than expected, giving him a much easier path to 1237 delegates. We might be looking at the start of a Trump sweep of the primary.

Have you found it ironic that most republicans don't support Donald Trump and liberals have forgotten that the richest people in America are democrats?

Well, maybe a bit. However, Republicans don't rail against the rich per se, they rail against the politically powerful that sell out on their political principles.

It is only about 38% of the votes and a few percent at least of those voters were Dem crossovers in open primaries. He does not have the support of the majority of Republicans
