how can i lose less packets while online gaming?

no wifi or any crap like that just a garbage ISP that i have to make the best of

    If the problem really is your ISP, there there is nothing you can do about it. Maybe the issue is with the Internet feed your getting between you and the distribution location? If you have DSL then you can ask them to see if the problem is a bad or poor phone line. If cable, then ask them to check the signal levels and error rates. Might be a new modem could fix some issues or some better cabling.
