I have urge to urinate and burning.
Does it means infection or contamination of urine test due to high squamous cells?

It's obviously not normal to have burning when you need to pee.
Have you had sex recently? Sometimes sex can cause uti or irritation 'down there'.
Drink plenty of water and if it doesn't pass over the next couple of days then off to the doctor.
