V = pi r^2 h
divide both sides by pi h
V / (pi h) = r^2
r^2 = V / (pi h)
r = sqrt [ V / (pi h) ]

V = r^2 h pi
V/hpi = r^2 .........dividing both sides by hpi
r = sqrt[V/h pi] ..........taking square roots on both sides
