What's the best shampoo to use when you have dandruff but I do sweat a lot?

I used to have the same struggle as you, Head and Shoulders just seemed to make it more visible if anything so I wouldn't recommend that personally, a lot of people have problems with it. I think it's only as big as it is due to advertising. I advise you getting a medicated shampoo such as Vosene.

Just a tip, I have tried so many shampoos for dandruff and it felt like none really worked, I felt cheated. However I bought a Denman brush which only costs about £2.75, massage your scalp with it and brush all over your hair with it before and after shampooing and you'll have no problems getting rid of dandruff. In fact, when I use that brush I can use any shampoo to get rid of it, I'd highly recommend it.

You should go for organic shampoo and then condition it with some herbal conditioner. It take 2 months or more to fully remove dandruff from hair. Use organic shampoo for 2 months or until the dandruff goes away. Wash your hair 5 times a week and shampoo your hair 2 times. As you have dandruff in your hair you should use shampoo 2 times a week. Recommendation of using shampoo is 1 time, but as you have dandruff you should use it 2 times a week and as soon as you done washing your hair with shampoo apply herbal conditioner for 3-4 minutes and then wash your hair.

use head and shoulders. go to the store and get the ones specifically to help with dandruff. i used head and shoulders all of 6th grade because i had a ton of dandruff and now I'm in 8th grade and don't have anymore.

I use head and shoulders eucalyptus leaf meant for an itchy scalp or dandruff

try selsun blue.

it's targeted at both dandruff AND dry scalp.

because it's always possible you have dry scalp & not dandruff.

(dandruff is a smell fungal infection characterized by yellowygreen flakes. dry scalp is just white.)
