A car doesn't have life and doesn't think. So it can't "not want to start". There is obviously a mechanical issue that needs to be fixed. Your question is very vague, and since you obviously know nothing about mechanics and cars work, and decided to ask the internet, then maybe you should take your car to someone who does? Like a mechanic.

Check battery level, check your alternator and starter motor. Put car in park instead of neutral, if its manual, put it in neutral.
