Our Founding Fathers determined that history had showed them national governments are usually bad, so they decided upon giving us a Federal Republic instead. Many Liberals in this country suggest wanting a National Government, and don't like having Sovereign Federated States...they usually go bat-sheet-crazy upon the mere mention of states rights.

Nationalism is good but today's society is so divided that nationalism is a by gone word and idealogy.

Yes. Nationalism is normal, natural, and healthy. MultiCULTuralism, DIEversity, race mixing are all degenerative and anti nation and identity. Marxism is the root of it all. To destroy a sense of national pride and existence. In other words, anti-nationalism is COMMUNISM.

Well - it's all part of that Protestant Revolution back in Shakespeare's time. People of Europe woke up to realize they were being screwed by the International church.

So it became a defining part of our culture - but on the other hand it killed a LOT of people in the wars of the Reformation.

One is probably alright loving his country.......... but when it begins to include murdering other people, then it's a little much.
