He wont leave me alone and jokes about raping me?

This guy i met at a club asked for my number and i gave him it. We hung out for the night but we both made it clear we wont be seeing each other outside the club. Now he changes his mind. In the club he asked me for a kiss and i said no and he said he would rape me as a joke??? I instantly told him off and said im gonna go hang out with other people but he kept clinging onto me. Now i regret giving him my number because he wont leave me alone even though i tell him we arent going to see each other. I have him on social media and have mutual friends so blocking him might anger him. What do i do???
