There is no such thing as matter or antimatter within a black hole. All of the matter has been turned into energy while falling through the event horizon, so all that remains behind is an overall mass and and overall charge. Whether that charge and that mass is coming from matter or antimatter is not known, and not important. So the only thing that will happen is that the two black holes will merge, and release a certain amount of energy in gravity waves.

They merge. As all of the particles in both Black Holes have undergone time dilation "tending to infinity" there is no matter/anti matter reaction.
