What do you think is wrong with my 91 Yamaha warrior 350?

It turns over but won't start. It has a new carburetor, stator, starter, intake manifold, and spark plug PLEASE HELP. I've been dying to ride for two weeks!

    Fuel, air, and spark, with some timing and valve adjustment thrown into the mix, dude. Do your basic checks. Didja set up the carb per the shop book? Check the floats? Crap in the fuel tank? New fuel filters? Working petcocks? Fuel solenoid solidification?

    25 year old bike, could be a lot of things. Have you got it flooded?? Is your gasoline any good?? Is it getting gasoline?? After I've checked the basics & can't figure it out, it goes to the dealer & their mechanic.

    Check for spark . Even with all the new parts you mention ,,, if your ignition is bad , you aren't going anywhere .
