I need an adjective to describe an action that is managed by one person, but not done alone.?

The sentence is "It was her first xxxx mission". I think I can't use " unaided " or "unassisted" because it would mean that she went alone. What I want to say is that it was the first time her superiors weren't there to give orders and that she led a group of people. Can I use "Independent"?

It was her first mission as team leader.

The problem is that you are qualifying mission, but really you want to qualify her role.

If you undertake a mission alone it is called a 'Solo Mission'.
