    Yes - it can fix a LOT of things in your body. But you really have to work on the word "healthy". America produces a lot of junk food and calls it "healthy" - so you have to figure out when you're being lied to.

    To "eat healthy", you want maximum fiber (green vegetables and beans and fruit) - good quality fats (olive oil, butter and coconut oil) - good quality meats/eggs - and NO sugar. Your body doesn't need sugar for anything.

    JUNK food is defined as High sugar/High bad fats/Low fiber. And the big reason for JUNK is that it can be stored for a long time. "Shelf Life" is what leads to huge corporate profits. So if you don't want to keep giving your money to Junk Food Billionaires, get the facts.
