Firstly, no one would buy a remastered version of Skyrim, because it only came out about five years ago and because people didn't play it for the graphics, it didn't look that great for a 2011 game anyway, in fact it looked terrible. Besides that, it just wasn't a very good game, especially by today's standards. They said it was supposed to be a game you could do anything in yet they went out of their way to limit the player as much as they could. The only role playing you could do in Skyrim was what way you wanted to kill someone, ranged, melee or magic. It's why Fallout 4 didn't sell as well as Skyrim, because people are getting tired or Bethesda's dumbed down RPGs.
Red Dead Redemption still looks fantastic and I'd rather they just did a sequel rather than a remaster, and apparently they are doing a sequel so just wait for that.
Knights of the Old Republic likely wouldn't be worth a remaster from a financial perspective despite it being a great game. Bioware is far too busy working on new games like Dragon Age 4 and Mass Effect Andromeda.

Skyrim isn't really worth remaking and there's a community mod Morrowind remake in the works called Skywind (https://tesrenewal.com/skywind-faq)
Star Wars is also a pretty saturated market right now what with Battlefront and an as yet untitled 3rd Person Star Wars game in the works from Titanfall creators Respawn Entertainment (http://m.uk.ign.com/articles/2016/05/04/titanfall-...
As for Red Dead, there's no remaster coming but there is a new Red Dead 2 game coming (http://www.trustedreviews.com/news/red-dead-redemp...

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is not 'The best video game ever', there is no reason to remaster Red Dead Redemption and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was mediocre.

Maybe remastered versions of RDR and TESV will be announced whenever the next games in those franchises are announced - sort of the way they announced the Dishonored remaster when they announced Dishonored 2. I have no idea about Star Wars.

Please, "Skyrim" and "Red Dead: Redemption" are fine as they are.
I do not know about "Star Wars: Kotor".
I do not need a remaster, just the glitches fixed.

Because games developers would rather put that time, effort and resources into making NEW games which MORE people are likely to play.
