how come we only hear about racist that are white?

    Because the term "racist" was invented to shame and intimidate white people for acting in their own interests.

    It was never anything but an anti-white hate term. Why would it be used against anybody else?

    Because racism is not a personal problem, but an institutional one.

    The racist attitudes members of minorities may or may not have are besides the point.
