Well get over it, because if you are terrified of reality because of your ignorance, there's only one cure for that. SURVIVING and becoming less ignorant because of life experience teaching you survival skills and common sense. The only way to stop being afraid of something is to FACE your fears and make it PERSONAL challenge to conquer. That includes learning to like yourself AS you are with all of your faults and idiosyncrasies and eccentricities that make you YOU, unique.
