I need this part for my civic of course mine doesnt have one and it cause the carb to flood but i found this picture online this is what i need, but i dont know the name of the part.

    That is a fuel filter although that would not cause the carburetor to flood. You likely have a float issues in the carburetor. The float controls how much fuel is let into the float bowel. if it is malfunctioning? Too much or too little fuel will be let into the bowl, over flowing or starving the carburetor for fuel.

    That is the carburettor in rhe middle.

    Newer Civics are fuel injected and have no carburettor.

    It's a fuel filter, but that's not what your problem is.
