How long should I cook a regular T-bone steak until it is well done?

If you want it well done cook it as long as you like, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, a day or a week. After medium rare or medium the meat will be like shoe leather so it will not matter how much more you cook it.

For a one inch steak, 8-9 minutes per side on a hot grill, under a broiler or in a hot pan.

Until it is not pink in the middle. Cut it after 10 mins or so of cooking.

Depends how hot the stove or bbq is. Well done, cook until very little juice is coming out.

Just throw it out. Such a good piece of meat should never be subjected to that type of treatment!
