Enough with partisan politics regarding this. #1 Hillary Clinton supporters will say that it is not criminal while her opponents say it is. the truth is it is neither....yet. it is only the Department of Justice who can determine whether there was criminal activity that occurred and the FBI is presenting that information to them in a matter of time.
#2 under the law as it is defined any information that regards foreign policy is considered classified-
Under this statute, “Sensitive But Unclassified” material is actually classified information, as the definition of “classified information” in section 1924 is markedly broader than the common understanding of the term. For criminal purposes under section 1924, classified information is more broadly defined as all “information originated, owned, or possessed by the United States Government concerning . . . foreign relations” and certainly could encompass e-mails discussing State Department business even if not explicitly marked with a security classification.
#3 General Petraeus was convicted of the same thing. Time will tell What Becomes of this but one thing is for certain. it is no laughing matter for Hillary

Sorry but not factual.  Had I done what Mrs. Clinton did when I was in the military with the messages I received
and sent I would still be in jail.   All messages sent or received are all classified.  Not one is unclassified.

The FBI director said it's an investigation. He didn't say it's a criminal investigation, and there is a long list of investigations they do that aren't criminal, it's right on their webpage.
