    If you don't write what you need to be done correct, don't expect any helps since people just may not infer what you meant to write,

    In this case, as ProfRay declared, two situations here,

    Dx(ln(e^x)²) = 2*(ln(e^x))*(e^x)

    Dx(ln(e^(x²))) = (e^(x²))*(2x) / e^(x²) = 2x
