-Hatshepsut.
She put Egypt on the path of revitalization after the Hyksos interruption by reclaiming commercial dominance in regions of the Levant and Nubia. She even opened to Egypt's access the trade routes as far down as Punt (modern Ethiopia/Somalia). She also reintroduced one of Egypt's greatest accomplishments of building massive monuments by commissioning the Deir el-Bahri mortuary outside modern Luxor.
-Cleopatra VII was a failure as a ruler. Exiled by the Egyptian people in her first few years of reigning, constantly fighting for sole rule with her little brothers, and finally selling out Egypt to the Romans and committing suicide in defeat.
-Nefertiti may have been the Pharaoh known as Ankhkheperura/Neferneferuaten, but it's not certain, and all that is known about her is as a favorite wife of a Pharaoh; not a Pharaoh herself.
