At what point did the Doctor (Doctor Who) replicate his orange spacesuit?

I m talking about the spacesuit he acquired in the episode "The Impossible Planet" and keeps throughout the series. Then in season 8, the Twelfth Doctor magically has two spare suits, but he only ever had one. So where did the other ones come from?

Also, when Ten fell into the pit, he broke the glass on the helmet, so when did he fix it?

    well the TARDIS is a space ship so it would have suits somewhere on board and could have many of them

    the TARDIS also has a room(s) just full of clothes - this is where the forth doctor found his outfit

    also a swimming pool a museum and much more

    there is reason to think that just like the TRADIS makes a new screwdriver for each doctor it can repair or create some items
