The Moscow Subway system alone can swallow up 15,000 troops. Besides, the mobile launchers keep moving and we do not know where most of them are at any time. That is why they are mobile. I think you do not realize how big Russia really is. Even 10 million troops would likely lose such an invasion. And remember Russia still has lots of nukes, lots of bombers and lots of boomers.
