I'm 5'7 and I usually weight 136-140 pounds, depending on the time of day. It would be beneficial for you to lose some weight. First off: even though you are vegan, you may be eating too much. Instead of just watching what type of food you eat, you should also keep in mind the quanity of food you eat. I don't know what exercises you do, but running is usually pretty helpful. Good luck!

First, drop all added sodium in your diet....vegetable give you more than enough sodium and drink more water....
Second, make certain that you aren't getting to much sugar from fruit, especially dried fruit and fruit juice. Eat whole, fresh, raw fruit.
Stop eating any processed, denatured, reconstituted, chemically enhanced packaged products which are high in added sugars, artificial sweeteners and added fats of all kinds. Soy, rice and almond milks generally add sugars and sodium....
Start a regular routine of walking for at least thirty minutes a day.
Start a daily program of body weight exercises like squats, lunges, calf raises, pull ups, chin ups, push ups, handstand push ups, chair dips, burpees, etc.
Each session should take at least thirty minutes to complete and you should be working at a steady pace with little to no rest between sets and only a minute between circuits.
If you are doing High Intensity Interval Training, then crank it up and vary it with sprints, jump rope, stair climbing, swimming, etc.
Remember, you did not get overweight over night and you will not lose it over night either.
You might also try to add some muscle, which burns fat and calories while at rest.
