So, I play in a basketball team in the gym and there s this guy from my team that I ve been talking to for like 3 weeks. He seems to really like me but one thing really frustrates me is that he doesn t use my name when we talk. I told him that my name is a part of me and I d like to be addressed by name. I told him my name is a part of me, of who I am and it makes me feel important and respected. He apologized and said he s sorry but continued doing the same thing. It really makes me mad. What do I do? Why he resist to that? I use his name when we talk. He seems to really like me, but this thing keeps bothering me. Pls advice!

I don t look super fat, but I dont look skinny either. I always had thick legs.. I ve been vegan since the beggining of March this year, but didn t notice too much difference in my weight. I definetly feel more energized, but I m still overweight. I exercise every day at least 10-15mins HIIT. Am I too fat?

Is it possible to pass series 6 with 40hours of studying. I'm planing to study every day 2 hours weekdays and 5 hours every sat and sunday which is total of 40hours for 2 weeks. Do you think I'll pass the exam/? I need to pass ASAP

I went on 8 appts from my warm market with my field trainer and he only got 2 referrals from 1 girl that I brought for recruiting. That s really pissing me off, because my warm market will end soon or later and then what am I gonna do?! He alwas say you can t get referrals from everyone, but what am I gonna do when my warm market ends?! He s been in this business for about 10 years and he s still regional leader, which makes me wonder where I m gonna go . They say the speed of the leader is the speed of the team and I don t want to be regional leader for 10ys. I m super motivated but if I dont have ppl to call and make appotiments what I m supposed to do?!

So I've been listening to some educational records regarding sales techniques and the guy said that we have to use few tie down questions and the prospect will answer with yes or no... However I've tried those but the prospect always try to avoid answering and instead of yes or no he say something else in between or ask another question. What should I do in those cases?

Let me start with this that I'm 27y old. I never had a relationship for more than 7-8 months and I"m not ugly or anything like that. As a matter of fact I have attention from lots of men but whenever I go on a date with someone I just find something that I really can't stand so I decided to not go further. I am the love of his life , but he was so jelous that I couldnt stand the fact he ty to limit my contacts to people. So we were dating for about 7 months, shared so many memories together. I felt the most special person when I was with him. Now its over and I'm devastated. I'm wondering if I lost the love of my life...I think about him day and night.. He always told me everything will be ok, but I just couldnt see it cuz he was so irresponsible... What shoud I do?

Maybe that s not the place for this question because noone really knows my situation , but regardless of how my boyfriend treat me ( and he really loves me alot) I am asking myself question like is he the right for me. I am 27y old , financially independent, responsible, working, understandable. I love talking to people and I love making them happy regardless of what is my connection to them , even if I see a homeless person it warms my heart to see him smiling from something that I told him or gave him. My hairdresser bleach my roots, before this almost my entire hair was on highlights. Now especially on the roots it looks a lil bit of yellowish and I would like to get rid of this tone. I want to use Redken shades iriscedent qurtz. I was wondering how its going to look like. I don't wont to be too dark, but just banish those yellow tones.
