Any ideas to what this is?

I got this really painful blister on my gum line below where my lip ring was. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to it since I'm allergic to nickel. But this is really painful and want to hear any ideas to what you might think it is and how I can treat it.

    You can try taking some Benadryl (diphnhydramine) as it may just be swelling due to an allergic reaction.

    If you are allergic to nickel then most likely that is what it is. Allergies can become worse so it seems that is what happened this time. You can try rinsing your mouth with some salt water but it may burn.
