If E=MC sq is Energy created from matter at the speed of light x the speed of light then would E/C sq = M to make matter from energy?

    UK scientists have worked out a way to create matter from light. Obviously you need a lot of energy

    If energy can be created from matter then one would expect it to be possible to create matter from energy.

    Although the ENTROPY of most matter is lower than the entropy of the originating energy so there are other issues.

    Note the big IF.
