Is my friend likely to get a heart attack?

Update:

She is 10 years old. She was diagnosed with anxiety when she was 7 years old. She is almost always shaking, sometimes really bad. Her heartbeat is always really fast. I'm worried about her. She also has asthma. Do you think she's likely to have a heart attack?

Update 2:

She's never had one before, and if it helps, she has a type of autism.

You cannot predict a person's heart attack risk at age 10. Anxiety, asthma, and pulse rate are not significant factors in heart attack risk. Even if these things were significant factors, there would still be virtually no risk of a heart attack for at least 30 more years.

She is very young so probably not, and the only thing you listed that would increase her risk is the rapid heartbeat (if she has it all the time/frequently), but even then it raise the risk later on in life, not while she is 10yo. Obviously if she starts to have any major heart related issues she should go to the doctor, but otherwise she has virtually no risk of having a heart attack right now.

She has no risk factors for heart attack. It is rare for people under the age of 40 to have a heart attack.

No, not at her age and perhaps not ever. None of those things gives you a heart attack. She needs some help with her anxiety though as it will make her feel really ill.
