which launcher should i use for skyrim?
I downloaded the legendary unofficial patch. I downloaded SKSE. I tweaked the memory block to 512 with the SKSE ini file. Apparently I am supposed to use the SKSE loader.exe. I now have three different shortcuts to launch the game on my desktop. The original one (I know I should not use this any longer). The one that was created after installing SKSE. The one that I created after tweaking the ini file.
If I use the SKSE loader.exe will I still be utilizing the unofficial patch as well as the extra memory allocation?

You should use the SKSE loader. That way all the memory optimisations you have made for SKSE will be enabled.
First load the game by the game's loader and make sure you have the unofficial patch ticked in the data files area. Then exit and reload using the SKSE loader. The unofficial patch should load.
